BASIC SALARY: Up to £30,000

COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: You’ll need to be commutable to our Milton Keynes office, but you could be based in Northampton, Bedford, Luton, Aylesbury, Banbury

By tailoring bespoke finance solutions, we give our customers the opportunity to fulfill their growth aspirations. Just like our customers, we’re projecting extreme growth over the next couple of years. From our inception in 2019, we’re now a multi-million-pound business and we’re doubling our office space this year! We’re looking for Sales / Business Development Executives who are keen to push themselves and grow with our ambitions.
It really doesn’t matter where your sales experience has come from – it could be a service or a physical product; you could be selling financial services, leasing, insurance or machine / equipment hire services. Equally, you could be selling in automotive, estate agency, manufacturing equipment, building supplies, construction, recruitment or IT & technology.
As our Sales Executive / Business Development Executive, you’ll build your own portfolio of clients and speak with them regularly to support their finance needs. You’ll own the full 360 sales process and generate leads as well as using our CRM system to call businesses, discuss their options from our vast range of finance products and then close the sale.
To succeed as our Sales Executive / Business Development Executive, you’ll need to have the following:
· Integrity: we do things properly and are a trusted finance provider and we need likeminded individuals to uphold our values.
· Personable: our clients are crucial to our business, so you have to be able to form strong relationships to retain their business.
· Tenacity: being successful doesn’t happen overnight, you’ll need to keep building your portfolio
Overall, what matters most is your desire to achieve (over-achieve really), your positive attitude and your willingness to put the effort in to succeed.
You’ll get all the training you need – we’re FCA regulated so everything we do is done properly and you don’t need previous financial sales experience.
