Sales Support Officer | Perm Job | Chester | £20,500 (plus up to £700 pcm bonus)

Your new role
The newest Property Expert will be responsible for advising potential new owners on the products and services Sykes offer. Through clear questioning, you must uncover each owner’s specific needs and experience of holiday letting and proactively guide them through their journey with Sykes, seeing each lead through initial enquiry to contract signed. This will include, arranging a visit with a Property Consultant and working with the New Property Pricing Team to create a pre-visit proposal to support the visit. Post visit, you will be required to follow up with each lead and progress them through to contract signed, using a variety of sales techniques, negotiation and answering any questions or pricing queries they may have. You may also be required to communicate any additional services to an owner, including managed services. Your key responsibilities include:
Responding to initial enquiry within the given SLAPresenting the benefits of working with Sykes to potential new owners to include all the services on offerCompleting mortgage letter for potential new owners who are thinking of buyingBooking in a visit with Property Consultants to attend visitsLiaising with the New Property Pricing team to create pre visit proposalsFollowing up visits to secure a contract within given SLASell the benefits of revenue management, pricing flexibility and the account management services of the Quality and Performance teamLiaising with the managed services team to ensure the potential new owners needs are met

What you’ll need to succeed
As our newest Property Expert, you will have the following key skill:
Previous experience working closely and successfully with customersStrong proven customer experience skills, preferably within a call center environmentGood numeracy and data interpretation skillsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Proven negotiator in difficult situationsA high performer and a proven sales achieverGood standard of written work with accuracy and attention to detailIT literacy of the following: Windows, Word, and ExcelConfident and able to use initiative

What you’ll get in return
Working Hours are 37.5 per week covering 5 days out of 7, operating on a shift rota basis covering 5 days out of 7. Departmental hours are 9am-7pm with shifts covering Mon-Fri, 9-5.30pm or 10.30-7pm and Sat and Sun, 9am-5.30pm (1 in 3 weekends). You will be remunerated with a salary of £20,500 plus a performance related bonus of approx. £700 PCM.
