Each office is filled with passionate, fanatically analytical, and responsible team members who are obsessed with delivering client delight.For more information, please visit us at www.netelixir.comAbout this PositionThe Senior Digital Marketing Manager is an integral part of NetElixir’s Client Strategy team that collectively plans and executes growth marketing plans on all paid media channels (search, social, retail media) for mid-size and large e-commerce clients (check out some of our client case studies: https://www.netelixir.com/case-studies/)You will be responsible for partnering with clients to create a Revenue and ROI focused growth marketing plan, facilitate execution of the plan working closely with your team of channel marketing experts, communicate campaign progress regularly with the clients and offer unique business and customer insights using NetElixir’s proprietary tools and deliver client success. You will be responsible for managing and growing key client relationships year over year through strategic account management and a relentless focus on identifying new growth opportunities and implementing cross-channel digital marketing initiatives.What You’ll Be DoingDeliver Client Success as the Client Relationship Owner: Lead integrated digital marketing programs for clients as the primary client relationship owner. You will need to develop a deep understanding of clients’ e-commerce growth goals and brand purpose and partner with them to create a robust strategic plan to deliver success. You will coordinate with the digital marketing operations teams (SEO, paid search, paid social and retail media, analytics) operations team or cross channel leads (if applicable) to ensure timely and high-quality execution and timely service delivery.Contribute to NetElixir’s Business Growth as an integral member of the Core Team: Make an impact as part of our core team by exploring and forging new paid media partnerships. This includes strategizing with NetElixir’s leadership team on continually enhancing NetElixir’s digital marketing offerings and working closely with account leads to uncover partnership opportunities with existing clients.Build to Support at Scale: Actively contribute towards the continual assessment and scaling of client management and delivery processes to manage rapid business growth.Foster Teamwork and Enable High Performance: Champion the One Team, One Goal Philosophy.What Makes You a Great CandidateYou are a strategic problem solver with a strong passion for delivering client delight. Build an organization that you are proud of.What we are looking for5-7 years of proven experience as a client services manager with hands-on experience in various aspects of digital marketing operations (preferably with a top-tier digital marketing agency).Ability to drive client account initiatives and projects through influence, relationships, and extensive, acquired knowledge base.Passionate problem solver who goes above and beyond to solve complex digital marketing challenges for clients.Strong project management skills: good follow-through on goals, plans, and projects while also being able to balance multiple priorities.First-hand experience as a digital marketing practitioner (Google Analytics/SEM/Social/SEO)Obsessive focus on delivering client delight as an empathetic client relationship manager.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Preferred Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Mathematics, StatisticsWhy You’ll Love UsWe are obsessed with helping our customers succeed online.
