Technical skills: More than anything you’ll bring solid experience with .NET and C#, enthusiasm and an open mind to help us develop new ways of doing things whilst developing your own skills and experience.Strong OO design knowledge and development experience is a mustThe ability to work on multiple tasks and prioritise effectivelyGood experience with SQL Server/Transact SQL and writing stored procsExperience in ASP.NET MVC and front end development UI skills with HTML and CSSGood experience working on NHibernate or Entity Framework or something similarDeep experience of JavaScript and JavaScript patterns. Good knowledge of JQuery including experience with popular third-party plugins – knowledge and experience of writing own plugins. Someone who knows what Object-Oriented JS isExperience of similar frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue is welcomeExperience of TypeScript is a plusGood understanding of enterprise architecture, DDD, CQRS, Dependency Injection and other software engineering practices and patterns are essentialExperience with GitExperience in how to get the best performance out of the system – can identify bottlenecks and fix accordingly Personal and communication skills: You’re the sort of confident senior engineer we’re seeking – passionate about development, implementing change and building the capability of the team.We appreciate and acknowledge the impact of system design decisions on scalability, resilience and supportability.
