Position Summary: Support our customers and building service technicians by scheduling service and repair activities, dispatching technicians, writing proposals and expediting the purchasing process.Are you looking for a challenging job at a firm that values its employees? We also provide our team with a competitive benefits package, including:· Health Insurance with HSA plan· Highly competitive salary· 401K retirement plan· Profit sharing· Paid Vacation· Paid training and Continuing Education to further one’s knowledge· Voluntary Aflac insurance· Voluntary commuter benefits tax deductionRequired Qualifications: Schedule and dispatch technicians, equipment and/or service vehicles to appropriate locations.HVAC experience very much preferredComplex dispatching experience is requiredPrepare daily work schedules and organize and fill 3-day work schedule board.Dynamically coordinate service and schedules.Prepare work orders and customer proposals.Trouble-shoot problems over the phone to help technicians prepare for work.Record and maintain files or records of customer requests, work or service performed, charges, or any other dispatch information.Liaise with technicians, office staff, contractors, and other parties regarding client projects.Prepare status reports to accurately describe activities in the field and office and monitor progress towards program goals.Regularly update internal tools and systems and monitor and report on both company and market activities.· Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment required.Previous technician experience a plusBachelor’s degree preferredComputer literacy is criticalValid social security card.· Excellent verbal and written skills required.· Advanced customer service skills required.Ability to communicate clearly in a friendly, personable way with customers and coworkers.Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and be a leader roles.Attention to detail is critical with a desire and ability to complete jobs correctly the first time.We value Teamwork, Respect, Integrity & Innovation.Job Type: Full-timePay: $52,000.00 – $82,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDisability insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceHealth savings accountPaid time offRelocation assistanceRetirement planTuition reimbursementSchedule:Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):Do you have HVAC experience and if so, how much?Do you have complex dispatching experience?The demands of the job requires a short commute.
