CFT is represented in over 28 countries, employing over 2,500 people. Tradition is currently hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our dynamic and progressive team in London. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will undertake a variety of recruitment management and sourcing duties, including: Partnering with HR and business colleagues, building strong relationships across the business to identify staffing needs and source quality candidatesLead and support the recruitment process across all levels within the London Office including but not limited to:Requisition ApprovalHiring Manager BriefingJob AdvertisingCandidate SourcingInterview StrategyManage Offer ProcessEnsure recruitment process is robust and in line with Company requirements in respect of Conduct & CultureEnsure that all candidates are screened appropriately and in line with regulations such as immigration and FCA requirementsAssist managers with interviewingApply and adapt broader talent acquisition strategies, (employer branding, internal recruiting, diversity etc)Act as a key point of contact for the support and implementation of recruitment initiativesIntroduce and improve candidate research tools such as job boards (internal and external, set up, maintain and build candidate database in addition to other sourcing – competitive research, universities etc)Raise brand awareness through social media campaigns including but not limited to the Broker Training Programme and Apprenticeship schemesLead and support additional recruitment initiatives as requiredResponsible for the recruitment process of high calibre, suitable candidates for the Broker Training Programme and Apprentice schemesBuild relationships with Universities – attending job fairs and open daysConduct regular updates to HR management on recruitment achievementsUtilise recruitment systems effectively following key standards, documenting key actions, recommending improvements and ensuring all data is accurate for reporting purposes Skills, experience and competencies required in the role: Good knowledge of recruitment procedures and best practicePrevious experience working within a similar role – either agency or in-houseGood experience of direct candidate sourcing and position managementExperience of recruiting within the financial services industry beneficialExperience of recruiting within the technology space beneficialStrong relationship management abilitiesConfident communication skillsExcellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word)
