We will provide you with a platform for continuous development but will expect you to use that knowledge and make us better. You will be at the crux of lots of work and activity at Asda, here are four key things you will be doing:Using smart and innovative sourcing techniques and tools to ensure you stay above the curve when it comes to sourcing candidates. You will find new ways of working and be an early adopter of recruitment technology and applications. It’s second nature to you.You will use data and insights to provide Asda with talent acquisition solutions for candidate identification and engagement. However, you will go beyond just using data and become a data-driven storyteller to ensure stakeholders buy into your work both rationally and emotionally.You will transform job adverts, promoting what is challenging, and best about working at Asda across numerous social channels. However whilst you will be meticulous with advert creation you will equally be as focussed on being an expert on where the right places are to post them for maximum effect.You will quickly become an expert on the talent landscape; whilst this will be on a national basis, you will have a particular focus on a 50-mile radius of our home office in Leeds. You will be the first to know when companies are opening, closing, restructuring and being able to provide a sourcing strategy for every scenario.About YouWe are open-minded on background, but this role will likely suit someone from an in-house talent acquisition or agency recruitment team specifically with a demonstrable track record of recruiting high volume head office based rolesYou will possess genuine enthusiasm and curiosity for Talent Acquisition and a lifelong learning mentality in order to ensure you stay relevant in your careerYou will be looking for a role that allows you the opportunity and platform to make a genuine impact on a business.
