An opportunity has arisen for a Temporary IT support engineer to support a managed service provider in Cambridge – In this role, you will provide 2nd line IT support for remote end-users, resolving user issues & troubleshooting for clients. If you have previous experience of working within an IT Service Desk environment with knowledge of modern operating systems, e.g. Windows 10, and are available at short notice this position could be ideal.
