Description As the UK Sales Director you will Develop the sales plan, frameworks and strategy to build and grow the sales function, including a leadership teamBe a lead contributor yourself, whilst also developing the sales functionRecruit, coach sales members to supporting achieving sales targetsPlay a hands on role with customers, understanding the market challenges and opportunitiesBuild a high performance sales functionImplement robust sales methodologies into the team to help them perform consistentlyWork closely with the Marketing team to support efforts and build brand within new targeted sectors Profile As the UK Sales Director you will Have experience selling technology solutions, such software, SAAS, IT, etc.Ideally have knowledge within the foodtech sector, or selling into restaurants, takeaways, etcA proven leadership track record, developing a high performing sales function and driving growth Hands on experience and a willingness to be client facing tooSome sales training or methodologies that you can apply and implement into the teamA strong communicator and highly analytical Be prepared to travel as required with remote working and reporting to their London office Job Offer Up to £95,000 Basic Salary + OTE + Benefits
