Title: VP, Human ResourcesThe Vice President, Human Resources is responsible for driving the strategic and tacticalaspects of Human Resources for the Technology business unit. Focus will be on talent development, performance management, organizational/change management, employee relations and HR Administration. The role oversees a team of Human Resources professionals to support the business.Responsibilities & DutiesBusiness Partnership:· Strategically partner with President/Managing Director to develop and implement HR strategies in support of business goals and objectives· Identify opportunities to improve organization effectiveness and business results. Partner with Executive Leadership Team to define and implement optimal organization structures, systems, processes, and alignment of people· Ensure HR voice is appropriately represented in key business decisionsLeadership:· Lead a team of experienced professionals. Create a sense of team and set direction forHR community· Ensure strategic and synergistic communication and coordinate tasks and initiatives across HR team. Improve organizational, team and individual performance by effectively delivering HR services· Provide challenging assignments, remove barriers, evaluate performance, provide frequent coaching, development, and career discussions, and make salary recommendations for staff· Partner with HR specialists, generalists, and shared service centers to provide seamless support across the network· Actively participate on HR Leadership Team. Sponsor key corporate HR initiativesOrganization Development & Culture:· Create a high performing and inclusive work environment using effective change management intervention techniques· Build plan and tactics to improve culture/ work environment and increase employee engagement· Facilitate internal communication processes and other employee feedback mechanisms· Provide thought leadership and facilitate work streams associated with transformation of the business, including globalization of franchise and outsourcing projectsTalent Management:· Develop, implement, and actively manage Talent Review & Succession Planning Process· Guide clients in the development and execution of strategies to ensure optimal talent development and movement within the organization· Identify and help manage appropriate interventions to develop talent, e.g., executive coaching, on the job learning assignments, knowledge transfer opportunities, etc.· Develop and implement retention strategies incorporating issues arising from organization surveys, evaluations, competitors’ analysis reports, best market retention practices, etc.· Facilitate team building sessions and coach/ mentor employees to effectively collaborate with one anotherPerformance Management:· Ensure performance management process is embedded throughout organization· Partner with leadership to establish process for cascading and aligning PH and employee personal goals· Actively coach management to prepare and deliver high quality performance discussions, provide feedback, and implement development actions to improve individual and team performance· Proactively and expertly manage low performance and employee relations issues, leveraging legal counsel, where necessaryQualifications: · At least 15 years of diversified HR experience, preferably in a professional services environment, including but not limited to the following HR disciplines: Employee Relations, Recruiting, OD/OE, Performance Management, Change Management, Compensation· Minimum of 5 years in a strategic senior HR Management role· Bachelor’s degree preferred· Master’s in human resources preferredJob Type: Full-timePay: $175,000.00 – $225,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insuranceRetirement planTuition reimbursementSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payApplication Question(s):Have you led / built small HR teams?Have you worked in a Technology or Professional Services environment?Experience:Senior HR Leadership: 10 years (Required)Work Location: One locationShow more
