YMCA Camp Letts is a dynamic resident camp facility dedicated to serving youth, families, and other organizations for over 100 years. Our camp is located in Edgewater, Maryland on 220 waterfront acres. Camp Letts features a welcoming dining facility with a beautiful waterfront view, and a wide range of activities and amenities including water sports, horseback riding, ropes course, nature exploration, and so much more.We are looking for an inspirational leader for our Vice President of Camping and Retreat Services to help us create lifelong experiences. The Vice President of Camping and Retreat Center Services is responsible for the implementation of the strategic direction for the camp including capitol campaign, volunteer and community relationships, and facilities planning and operation of a water centric camp. The ideal candidate will provide a safe, nurturing, fulfilling experience for all Camp Letts participants. Additionally, this position will develop and maintain community and donor relations to help further the YMCA’s Mission.The Vice President of Camping and Retreat Center Services will develop a culture of customer service excellence and innovation built on a foundation of diversity and inclusion. We are looking for someone who is motivated to renovate, rebuild, and create a new experience for all particpants and stakeholders.
